Villa Grace — Mediterranean charm, a pine-fringed garden and space to unwind
Long breakfasts in the shade of the veranda, afternoons exploring the coast and convivial evenings around the table. Villa Grace invites you to experience southern Sardinia at your own pace, with generous spaces to share and quiet corners all to yourself.
Located within the private residential community of Is Morus, in Santa Margherita di Pula, this Mediterranean-style villa accommodates up to seven guests in four bedrooms. Surrounded by pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation, it is a welcoming retreat for families and friends looking for space, privacy and time to enjoy together.
Spaces to enjoy together
The spacious living room with dining area is one of the villa’s defining features. Traditional furnishings, warm colours and architectural details give the interiors the atmosphere of a lovingly cared-for Mediterranean home.
The villa has two verandas, each with its own distinctive atmosphere. The east-facing veranda, where the sun rises, is ideal for breakfast and outdoor dining, allowing you to start the day surrounded by the morning light. The west-facing veranda, on the other hand, welcomes the sunset and offers a more intimate and secluded setting, perfect for an aperitif or a relaxed dinner.
Gather for dinner, settle onto the sofas with a book or choose the veranda best suited to the time of day. With a large dining table, a separate lounge area and views over the garden, the outdoor spaces invite you to linger over breakfast, share an aperitif or dine at an unhurried pace.
Four bedrooms, space for everyone
The villa’s four bedrooms accommodate seven guests and are all equipped with air conditioning. The main double bedroom has a private bathroom and an exclusive-use terrace, while the other bedrooms open onto terraces overlooking the sea or the surrounding greenery.
The bedrooms are located upstairs, accessible via stairs. Their layout allows everyone to enjoy peace and privacy after a day spent together.
The comforts of home
The fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher, makes it easy to prepare meals using local ingredients. Wi-Fi, a laundry area, barbecue and covered parking make your stay more comfortable, while the outdoor shower with hot water is especially convenient after returning from the beach.
A base for discovering southern Sardinia
The sea is approximately 50 metres from the property, and the nearest stretch of coastline can be reached with a short walk through the residential community.
Villa Grace is also an excellent base for exploring the coast by car: discover the beaches of Chia, spend a day at Tuerredda or visit nearby Pula and the archaeological site of Nora. We recommend having a car to make the most of the area and choose a different beach each day.
The coastline near the villa retains its natural character: beach accessibility and swimming conditions may vary depending on the weather and the accumulation of Posidonia seagrass. For days by the sea, the surrounding coast offers many alternative beaches to explore.
Within the Is Morus community, shops and sports facilities may provide additional opportunities during your stay. These services are independently managed: seasonal opening, guest access, reservations and any associated costs should be checked with us before booking.
Whether you wish to spend your days by the sea, share outdoor lunches with family or enjoy a peaceful break among the pine trees, Villa Grace offers the space and atmosphere to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
