Capo Blu House With Sea View is a complex of two vacation homes located in Capo Blu on the southern coast of Sardinia.<br><br>Their prime location offers a stunning view of the sea.<br><br>The property is a 5-minute drive from the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia, and we’re located in a very quiet and secluded area, making it an ideal vacation spot for a completely relaxing stay—whether for short or long periods—perfect for families and young couples.<br><br>The first vacation home features 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a private hot tub.<br><br>The second vacation home consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a shared pool.<br><br>Although they form a complex of two homes, each is designed to ensure guests enjoy the necessary tranquility and privacy.<br><br>Each home features its own fully equipped kitchen with appliances, as well as a barbecue area with an outdoor dining and/or relaxation space.<br><br>To round out the amenities, the Capo Blu House With Sea View features two mini-pools.<br><br>The three-bedroom house has exclusive use of a mini-pool, while the second house—with two bedrooms and one bathroom—has access to a shared mini-pool, allowing guests to enjoy their vacation with moments of total serenity and well-being, offering a comfortable and pleasant alternative to the beach, or simply a “getaway” from the hot August nights.<br><br><br><br>Other things to keep in mind<br><br><br><br>-Two days before check-in, all guests will be asked to provide identification for reporting to the police station, as required by Italian law. Entry to the property will only be granted upon completion of the online check-in form, which will be sent via Airbnb messaging or WhatsApp.<br><br><br><br>-A mini-pool is available for guests.<br><br>In the house with 3 bedrooms and one bathroom, the mini-pool is for exclusive use. <br><br>In the second house with two bedrooms and one bathroom, the mini-pool is shared.
