This is a really nice hotel. The staff and management are so nice and kind. The place is kept spotlessly clean and the staff will do their best to accommodate your needs. We really enjoyed the pool deck and the pool. The area - Fluvial and Versalles - offer so many excellent restaurants and cafes. I would definitely stay here again

The staff is amazing. During the cartel conflict, we were suppose to stay in the hotel and not go out for 2 days. Most stores were closed. The ones that are open are The staff bought us food, gave us coffee, really took care of us. Room is big and clean. The swimming pool is nice and the rooftop area has many seatings.

I stayed there for 9 days with my fiancé . The customer service was excellent ,the room was clean,and well kept. The neighborhood is very upscale and quiet. There is a pharmacy ,a bar ,and a store (Oxxo) right next door to the hotel so everything is close by if you need to stock up on beer or other drinks and hit the beach.Also ,the Hotel is a great place to get a good night sleep. Ok, two coffee pods for the entire stay is pretty cheap! You have to pay 35 pesos for each additional. Plus, they say they have concierge service, but that’s a zero. Very clean and neat, though.
