We were pleasantly surprised by this resort. Hospitable, but not in your face, helpful when asked. The serving staff in the restaurants seemed to not understand good service gains better tips, we just started tipping in the beginning of the meal and things rolled smoother.
Aside from that, the food was 100% good, and authentic as we have come to expect from Puerto Vallarta, the view was very impressive, and the proximity to everything was very good. I would stay here again, maybe brush up on my Spanish though as it is popular with locals as well.
