Even though parts of the hotel is under construction and other parts are a little run down, this is a relaxing spot for families at a great cost. Customer services is great and the view is amazing. Very close for a walk outside the hotel with shops and restaurants to visit.

The resort was very clean and the staff were friendly and amazingly helpful. Our room was clean and had a great view oc the water and mountains. There was a lot to do during the day as they had an entertainment team who were all getting involved in the activities. This is our second time staying here and we would stay again. Thank you.

We were pleasantly surprised by this resort. Hospitable, but not in your face, helpful when asked. The serving staff in the restaurants seemed to not understand good service gains better tips, we just started tipping in the beginning of the meal and things rolled smoother. Aside from that, the food was 100% good, and authentic as we have come to expect from Puerto Vallarta, the view was very impressive, and the proximity to everything was very good. I would stay here again, maybe brush up on my Spanish though as it is popular with locals as well.

Overall, this all-inclusive stay was underwhelming. The rooms and bathroom felt outdated and lacked space, which made the stay less comfortable than expected. The pool and outdoor areas were limited, leaving very few spots to relax and hang around if you are a group of people. Cleanliness was also a concern, especially in the public restrooms near the pool areas, which were not well maintained. The food was just average, with limited variety and not many appealing options. If you’re used to the standard all-inclusive experience in Mexico, this property does not quite meet those expectations.
