This condominium unit is very spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. The very large deck has a great view of the three pools and on beyond the palm trees to the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Maura, the host, is very helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed walking the beach almost every morning in both directions and the pools were wonderful to swim in. This year we found a lot more great restaurants within walking distance to go to for dinner. A new one in particular that we really enjoyed is called Mozza Mare and is up the beach towards Bucerias about a 10 minute walk and is just off of the beach with a beautiful sunset view.

This was the perfect spot for our new year's beach vacation! Maura was a great host and made sure everything was just right for us. She was also super responsive if and when we had any needs, questions or feedback. Really lovely!

The host (Maura) was very attentive and accommodating. I suggested the addition of a kettle in the kitchen and she immediately offered to send one over. Cleanliness was very good, but with a bit of room for improvement (interior of microwave that I scrubbed myself). Its a beautiful property with nice furnishings and comfortable beds. I would be willing to stay there again.

Wonderful Stay at Villa Magna

Lovely view

This was a very clean condo with a beautiful view of the pools and ocean. We enjoyed our stay. The property manager responded to our inquiries very promptly. We did find the kitchen pots, and pans and cutlery to be a little on the old side. We also thought dishwasher pods should be supplied and that we should not have to buy them ourselves as we were instructed. The property was far from restaurants and shopping so we had to take a lot of taxis.

Nice but shares pools and beach front with a hotel

We enjoyed our 3 week stay at this condo but we had no idea that this property shares pools and all beach front palapas with the hotel next door. There is a battle every day for pool chairs as well as beach chairs. If you aren’t up and down by 6:00am you will probably not get palapa on the beach. There are signs that say unoccupied chairs with towels, etc will be removed. In our 22 days, this happened once and this allowed us a beach chair. Also, the hotel has outdoor music and shows at night and it definitely is loud. This condo is close to the hotel and if you want to go to bed early, forget it. There were several nights that hotel guests hanging out having a great time ! This condo is nice, we enjoyed it but it has some needs. The grill on the deck is not useable. Very old, rusted out inside not useable. Kitchen definitely could use some new pots and pans, only 2 towels in each bathroom which means doing laundry often, no one on site to help you. You are also a taxi ride away from just about everything unless you can walk a little over a mile. We spent $15-20 everyday to get to market, restaurants, tour pickup areas, etc. this can’t be helped unless you are lucky enough to get a place closer to Paradise Village. Overall, this unit is fine but the property manager is outstanding. Her name is Mauro and she went above and beyond to help us with a couple issues. She even brought her husband to help get the TV working in English. Loved her!

Amazing week at Villa Magna Condos

We had a great week at Maura’s condo. She greeted us upon arrival which was so nice! Maura was incredibly helpful with helping us book transportation and finding groceries et. Will 100% stay again!

Great location for seekers of peace and quiet

We found the place to be lacking of closet space and some shortcomings in the kitchen but that was all dwarfed by Maura's incredible help when our flight back home was suddenly cancelled. First class lady.
