This resort is nice. Not the place to stay if you are looking for a beach vacation since it is very rocky. The pools are nice as are the restaurants. We had great service during our stay. There are nice pools. Rooms are a great size and very comfy bed.

Hotel was beautiful and very clean but they are very pushy with their time shares. We were going to take a walk down the street and one of the hotel staff was following us and watching us cause she wanted us to hear her presentation and we told her no. The buffet was okay but the other restaurants at the hotel was great!

Pros: great restaurants, friendly staff, amazing views, lobby bar fun and staff super welcoming. Very central location Pool and swim up bar are fun. Nice design private outdoor jacuzzi tub in the center of rock fountain. Beautifullly placed in middle poo with fun cascades. Cons: inconsistent quality /standard some rooms need maintenance: room 1920 and 1715 mattress lack support, sunken, old creaky frame, shower head not working room 1920. A suggestion for public washrooms would be useful to post signs near sink for people not to rinse and wash their feet as the sand can clog the drains. Despite the shower faucets outside I noticed some people doing and I was concerned. I'd like to report an unpleasant incident from members of the Club Bonvoy. My husband and I had our towels on the beach loungers neat buffet entrance. He went back to the room to get something and i went to the beach to take photos of the beautiful scenery just to come back to our lounger occupied by two strangers and our bag and towels tossed over on the first umbrella lounger . My water bottle was still on the chair as well. I pointed this out to the couple and the guy rudely told me "well youre over there now" That is extremely rude . We never had anyone be so disrespectful in any other resort. We can't even feel comfortable going to thw bathroom in fear someone would "steal " our spot and toss our belongings.

Staffs are overall quite helpful & friendly. Check in was quick. Room is spacious but the showet stall door was leaking water when taking shower. Only suggestion is all restaurants should be open to first come first serve. You can't just walk in even the restaurant is very empty.

I didn’t get an all inclusive, there’s a lot of restaurants 5-10 minutes away, taxi only charged 4-5 dollars each way. There are 100s of really good restaurants in the area, it’s in a prime location.
