Riverside apartment minutes away from the Beach
We have six apartments situated on the beautiful Horcones River which outlets into Banderas Bay only 150 metres downstream. All of our suites have large balconies with a beautiful mountain view on one side and looking out over the jungle to the town and beach on the other side.
The suite has 2 queen size beds in the bedroom, a full kitchenette with all amenties, dishes, etcetera, a large shower in the Mexican tiles bathroom, a front room and dining space with a comfortable double futon and large patio doors facing out to the river. There is lots of light and everything is maintained to a high standard.
Upstairs there is a lovely common space on the rooftop patio. There is a lovely bar area, a commercial kitchen and lots of space to enjoy as shared or alone space. This is awesome for group gatherings, or just enjoying the view while engaging in reading, painting, yoga or cocktail hour.
Laundry facilities are available for longer term guests and owners live on'site to insure that you can make the most of your visit here.

Nice venue. Close to everything
Boca is small so this property is close to evything in town. All the amenities are as listed. Rooftop patio is better than described in the listing.
