Stayed for a week and enjoyed it. The all inclusive is well worth it. Drinks non alcoholic and alcoholic, 3 meals a day, late night meal(tacos), coffee bar with pastries, swim up bars at pools, snack bar during the day at both pools, beach acces, sky lounge on adjacent property ( I didn not get to visit due to other activities). Property is very well maintained with freibdly staff all around.

Front desk check- in was terrible, all front desk staff had their badges flipped to not see their names. No guidance or map provided for any guest. Rooms are runed down and need major upgrades.

We've stayed at this resort twice now. The one bedroom suites are perfect for our little family, two adults and a daughter. Having two bathrooms is very convenient as well. Would highly recommend. This is a smaller resort with lots of families, a little dated but still an excellent choice.

The hotel is decent for a three-star rating. The food is good—quite varied and tasty. The only downside is that entertainment, including the disco or evening shows, requires an extra fee. Because of that, the evenings can be rather скучно (a bit boring). Overall, it’s okay for a three-star hotel.

Rooms were very clean and housekeeping was great, traditional Mexican style rooms. The pool staff were so amazing! We never had to wait for drinks and food. I had a broken leg while we were there and they were always so courteous in helping me get around and making sure I had what I needed to be comfortable. Overall resort was nice and clean, pool was perfect and the activities they had during the day were fun.

Hotel is alright. Its split in two so for some things you have to walk to the opposite end of the hotel. Staff wasn't very friendly only in the fancier restaurant staff was great! Everything is old such as towels, sheets with stains, no mat for bathroom. We had to use our hand towel. NO WI-FI in rooms was a big one for us. Food and drinks decent. Wanted coffee before our bus left at 730am and coffee wasn't ready when coffee shop opened at 7am. There was a gap from 11-12pm that there wasn't anywhere to eat. It does have access to the beach which was nice
