El estacionamiento es muy pequeño. No caben los carros. Los ponen a estacionar en la rampa. Y le pegaron a mi carro. Si te vas a hospedar y tienes carro NO te lo recomiendo

Check in was chaotic. Room door was wide open upon arrival. No towels at all. After 2 requests we received towels at 10 pm. Too late for showers. We had to go to lobby bathroom to wash our hands. At check out we asked for taxi, it never showed up.

The room was very clean and quiet. A substantial free breakfast was provided every morning. The wifi was excellent. The pool was well maintained and there was always a spot to relax in the sun or shade. I liked this hotel and would stay there again. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are a lot of restaurants in the area, including a Soriana and Marina Vallarta is a short walk.

Room was small and had a moldy _ musty smell during our complete stay Came down for breakfast and many of the breakfast foods were not available Staff standing around area but seemed not putting much interest in restocking empty food items We can down for breakfast after a hour of being open for service Our first stay here last year was a better experience all around Even had a better mattress on our bed last year Will check out a different hotel in PV in March
