The Space:
This beautiful 2-bedroom apartment, located on the 5th floor, promises a stay filled with comfort and style. As you enter, you're greeted by a spacious living area with glass doors leading to a balcony. Here, you can bask in the beautiful light and fresh air, making it an ideal spot for morning reflections or evening chats. Both bedrooms, each with a double bed, are equipped with A/C, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The kitchen is well-equipped, perfect for whipping up your favorite meals.

For those who love a good view, the rooftop offers a stunning view of the mountains while you enjoy relaxing on the lounge chairs, plus a BBQ and a dining area, making it a great place to relax and socialize. And don't worry about climbing stairs; there's an elevator for your convenience. The apartment's decor is a blend of modern and cozy, ensuring you feel right at home. Whether you're here for a short getaway or an extended vacation, this space promises a memorable stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the condo and the communal rooftop.

Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted.
Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.

The Neighborhood:
Versalles is one of the most requested neighborhoods in Puerto Vallarta, recognized for its fantastic dining options and friendly atmosphere. Enjoy a variety of options to eat on the same block as your apartment, and it's just 10 minutes from Costco and La Comer Fluvial, a great supermarket option.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 6 km | 3.6 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR).

Due to its great location, it is VERY EASY to get around by Uber, taxi, and even public transport. The bus stop is approximately a 10-minute walk from the condominium.
Here are some of the approximate distances by car from the most frequent places:
Airport: 20 mins
Malecon: 10 mins
Las Glorias Beach: 5 mins
Holi Beach: 15 mins
Romantic Zone: 15 mins

Other Things to Note:
The guests from Sand Pacific will get a margarita drink per person as a courtesy at the beach club Mangos. There will be no entrance of the beach club, and the minimum consumption required is just a meal. Guests will have to book in advance directly to Mangos Beach club.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00. Access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
- Please note there may be a potential for noise.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine. Throwing cigarette butts or ashes from the balcony is prohibited. If this rule is disregarded, a fee will be applied.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm/22:00 to 9:00.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are not allowed.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available upon request. They must be reserved before check-in.
- A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.
- Ensure all pool bracelets are placed inside the jar you found them in upon arrival (loss or misplacement incurs a replacement charge of $2000 MXN per bracelet).
