Positives: Food quality is good, beach and swimming is good. Rooms are nice. Short ride from the airport. Negatives: 1 bartender at the only open bar all day (waiting too long), Not enough chairs at pool. Buffet was closed on Monday night and all 3 restaurants were biiked until 9:30pm. Buffet in an all inclusive should be open everyday. Buffet dinner was lacking.

Review by mom travelling with family and high energy 2 year old toddler. Resort was great, not too big. Walking back to the room to get things was very manageable. The crib supplied is a play pen, with a folded mattress cover, covered my a sheet. I would highly recommend bringing a travel mattress (memory foam) as it doesn't follow Canadian safe sleep standards.

Staff was excellent and attentive. Some staff remembered guest names and their favorite drink. Great breakfast options. The mariscos restaurant was excellent. The Asian restaurant was ok, but not what I’m used to. The Italian place was also ok - not the best. The Mexican restaurant was disappointing. The food should be the best since we are in Mexico. I had better Mexican food outside of the hotel. However, overall I was happy with the hotel and all inclusive experience because of the staff and the different options.

The penny pinching that started years ago has now taken over completely. It's a typical buffet hotel with very little service and freshness left. The hotel is still beautiful as well as the views. Bummed that I have to find a new all-inclusive.

Parking was secure. The staff were excellent. Restaurants were just ok. At the Mexican restaurant we ordered a dish with Halibut and it was unavailable. At the Asian restaurant we were seated in the front part of the restaurant and there was no airconditioning there. We also wanted to order tempura, it was not available. The room upgrade was just an ordinary upgrade, nothing special. Our shower leaked almost on a daily basis. We did inform the front desk and it was fixed for one day. It still continued to leak after that. The mini fridge was very lacking in what was offered. One of the trailmix packages was old.

Staff is amazing and remembers us from past visits. They truly make us feel welcomed and the food is always delicious!! Pool and rooms are always clean and the new bar overlooking the ocean has amazing sunset views.

Friendliness & kindness of staff. Especially concierge (Omar) and our housekeeper always left us little surprises (a washcloth folded like a heart). Our breakfast waiter made sure my coffee was really hot, and brought me pastries. Even the guy who handed out towels at the pool was great
