Easy experience from beginning to end. The host was very attentive and engaging. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The unit was super clean and well stocked. The location is perfectly located to the pier, all the restaurants, shops, Malacon, nightlife and area entertainment. The rooftop pool was amazing. I would highly recommend this place with all it has to offer. We would surely choose this location again!!

Beautiful views and walkable to everything

My friend and I absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The rooftop pool is the best in the area and you can see all the action right from the condo or the rooftop. If you are a light sleeper bring a sound machine (you are facing a bar with lots of live entertainment, which was fun to listen to) but that’s all we needed to enjoy a great nights sleep in the comfortable beds. Everything was clean and check in was as easy as it gets.

Loved this condo in Zona Romantica. Great layout with beautiful views. The building has 24 hr security so you feel very safe. The roof top bar and bar are a great place to hang for a day. Enjoy the sunset from the infinity pool. Sadly it's quite noisy at night usually til 1 am or later. I used earplugs which helped me fall asleep. I noted the owner also supplied earplugs so it wasn't just us. Not the end of the world just if your a light sleeper it may not work for you.

Extraordinary rental property

I have been visiting Puerto Vallarta for years and this condo sets a new standard of excellence on the rental market. Perfect condo with bedroom / bathroom accommodations and gathering spaces. We enjoyed having our morning coffee at the kitchen table and looking out at the spectacular view. Location was great as well – steps away from the restaurants & beach. It’s also pretty quiet at night considering you in the heart of town. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week vacation & look forward to coming back again next year!

Beautiful Condo & View

The pictures in the listing are accurate: the condo is beautiful, the rooftop pool is spectacular and the views are incredible. It's easily within walking distance of Ollas Altas / Zona Romantica destinations. There were a couple noisy evenings because of the local bars/clubs, but that was to be expected. Loved the property, view and responsiveness of owner & property manager. I would stay here again.
