Small resort, friendly staff, clean and good food. We were there with a group of 12 in Nov 2025. Rooms are small but clean. Food is good. Only 1 restaurant option but the food was good and done well. Nice beach and pool areas. Entertainment each night. 15 min walk to Malecon.

Beach was much less rocky than usual, which was a nice bonus. There was some minor construction ongoing, due to the recent storm. Being a repeat guest of 15 years, the a/c in the room was not very good. It was quite warm and even when the thermostat noted 21C, it was likely warmer. Our friends staying in another room also had a similar issue. We both notified the front desk/maintenance early in the trip, but it did not improve. Made for some uncomfortable sleeps. Other than that, everything was great!

This resort was wonderful, close to the Malecon. In downtown easy access to everything. Staff were amazing! I requested a room change & was accommodated by the next day. I would definitely recommend this resort

Location close to downtown, nice and walkable. Beach nice. Rooms are small but clean. Temperature issues with some rooms too warm and other rooms too cold. Front desk staff is not friendly and not helpful. Staff tried to sell time share. Not happy with that. Food just so so, some nights good, some nights not good. Would not come back.

We have stayed here at least 5-6 times and last year the food was very good at every meal. THIS year the food was the worst ever, very little choices and terrible tasting. I have always recommended this place but I will not recommend from now on, look at other places before booking here. Pay a little more and you will be happier, this is what we are going to do.

Very minimal staff support. Not many food options with the only restaurant on site hardly ever available ( not that it was very good). The only other option was cheap burgers or equivalent at the pool and a buffet that had all the same food practically every day that had barely enough flavor to be edible. Found ourselves eating for sustenance only without any pleasure in it.
