The room didn't have towels at all. Then they brought 1 to shower and one for the hands (even when I told them we were 3 people). Then they brought the 2 extra to shower. The next day, they try to argue that they gave me 2 extra hand towels and a towel/carpet for the shower floor. I didn't get any of those extras, and they were trying to charge me for their crappy towels. Also, the room bathroom had moho, the main door had trouble closing and locking, the breakfast place was open 10 minutes after schedule (late/not ready), the staff that the check in were rude and I asked for beach towels and they took over 1 hour to explain to me that they needed an ID for the towels. The property states they are 4 starts, in North America that would be a motel with at most 1 star. The only good aspect was that we got passes for the water park.

I had to book here last minute as the original place I had booked did not have my reservation -it was canceled. This hotel was great for what I needed it for -as a place to sleep-nice sized room with a balcony that overlooked a pool.Brand new firm mattress provided a comfortable night of much needed rest.Thank you so much for the hospitality.

Imagine a beautiful room that comes with breakfast, internet and access to a water park with dolphins and a seal! It was incredible and the staff were super friendly and the breakfast was great! Not the best coffee but still high rates overall!
