The Grand Venetian never disappoints and the view from this unit was amazing!The few unexpected issues with the unit were addressed promptly and professionally. The property manager was flexible, kind and responsive.A few pieces of information in case it’s helpful to future guests: The beds are firm. The unit is showing aging, especially the bathrooms. It is well stocked and everything functions. Air conditioning is very effective. We didn’t use the grill - too many good places to eat. (We walked back into the neighborhoods across the street and food was better and better priced.) Tuna Azuls (both locations) was so yummy!!! We enjoyed the restaurant on the beach just below the unit.

Second trip

Thank you for a nice vacation location. ProsViews!! air conditioning worked great. Stocked kitchen for cooking. Washer dryer. Hot water and water pressure. Easy to communicate with property mgr. Cons Some repair work needed: kitchen faucet , repair bathroom door frame due to water damage. Firm beds, I liked it but not hubby. But we were prepared. Floors could use good scrubbing, under furniture etc. both times we have had to contact the property manager to have the water turned on. Wish it was just ready when you arrive. I would definitely return.

Fantastic location

The Grand Venetian is a beautiful property, well maintained and has great facilities. The location cannot be beat. The condo itself has a great layout and fantastic view. The condo has seen better days and could use a refresh. Having said that, it worked perfectly for us. The owner was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely return.

Grand venetian is perfectly grand

Spotless property and condo. Great on-site restaurant. Convenient to stores and fine restaurants. Tremendous view and incredible weather. Sunny and 82-84 every day.

A Lovely Home

A lovely home to enjoy early mornings and late nights. The grounds were nice, the food was scrumptious, and the five of us had a marvelous time. Everyone was helpful and our host was to quick to resolve any concerns. You couldd walk to the Malecon in an hour oro get a taxi easily. Restaurants walking distance if you choose not to cook or barbeque in. Costco was close as well if you were looking for wine that you may not have found in a liquor store. I would absolutely recommend to this place and return again to these digs. Our host and his brother was most helpful. and loved that the ocean was right there and walkable.
