Welcome to the Bliss Penthouse Studio, located in Downtown Puerto Vallarta. The studio boasts a large ocean-view balcony. It is stylishly and serenely decorated and comes completely furnished.

This is a boutique condominium with a full-service elevator, a spectacular rooftop with a heated lap pool, hot tub, loungers, umbrellas, a second-level entertainment area, and 360 degrees view of Banderas Bay, the city, and mountains.

The Studio is bright and airy, with custom-built furniture and high-end appliances. The bed area has a king-size bed, two nightstands with USB and wireless charging stations on each, and a large dresser that separates the bed area from the living room area.

The living room area has an extra long deep sofa, two lovely side chairs with a long porcelain coffee table and end tables. There is a 54-inch smart tv mounted on a fully articulating TV wall mount that enables you to watch tv from the comfort of the sofa or bed. There is also a built-in bar and lighted hutch fully stocked with a range of drink glasses and bar tools.

The fully complete kitchen boasts a stainless steel french door fridge with filtered water and ice maker, stainless steel dishwasher, gas oven, two burners gas cooktop, and a sleek mounted microwave oven.

The Studio also boasts stunning and thoughtfully placed ceiling and wall lighting. The large balcony boasts amazing ocean, mountain, and city views. It comes complete with a deep sectional sofa, two lounging chairs, a dining table with chairs, two articulating sun umbrellas, side tables, and potted plants.

Other things to note
There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Friday for about 20 minutes, any time between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., to tend to them.

***The condo offers a parking spot for an additional fee of $5 USD per day.

Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.

NOTE: Please note that no visitors are allowed in the condo. All guests staying in the unit must complete and submit the registration form at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Perfect views, steps away from GREAT food, short walk to beach

We had a great 5-night stay. The neighborhood has a unique vibe, blending locals, tourists, and expats. The secured building is across from a welding shop, where workers played music while they worked. We heard roosters in the mornings. If you're sensitive to noise at night, earplugs could help (I didn’t need mine). All this contributed to the vibe that made our stay special. Arturu at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated his attentiveness during our stay.The unit had everything we needed, including chairs/umbrella for the beach (short walk away). The kitchen was fully equipped, and the place was spotless. The bed was comfortable. The private balcony was perfect for unwinding with beautiful mountain and ocean views. We also enjoyed the rooftop- wow! There's a nice outdoor kitchen above the rooftop for guest use. The pool was rarely crowded. Only downside: hot tub was cold due to a broken heater. Though we’ve stayed in the hotel zone before, we’ll likely return to Cinco de Diciembre neighborhood and book the same building. We truly enjoyed our stay. It’s a great spot for authentic Mexican food and neighborhood vibes!

Beautiful Property

This was a beautiful place to stay, everything was clean and well appointed. I loved the added, modern touches like the wireless charging stations on the end tables! The ONLY complaint was there is a bus station/repair facility at the back of the property which tended to be quite loud in the early morning. But if you are an early riser, this won’t be a problem! Highly recommend!
