Harbor 171 – House Rules & Building Guidelines
Guest Registration & Access (Mandatory)
To comply with building security:
All guest full names must be provided before arrival
All adults must present a valid ID at check-in to gain access
Access may be denied by security if this is not completed
Each time you enter or exit through the beach access, you may be required to show identification.
Visitors Policy
Guests are NOT allowed to bring external visitors
The building only permits visitor access for owners under specific conditions, which do not apply to short-term guests
No Parties or Events
Events, gatherings, or parties are strictly prohibited
Use of common areas for events requires prior authorization (not available for guests)
Pool Rules
To maintain a safe and clean environment:
Proper swimwear is required
Shower before entering the pool
Children under 12 must be supervised at all times
Babies must wear swim diapers
Not allowed:
Glass containers
Running, diving, or rough play
Eating in or around the pool
Smoking
Loud music (headphones only)
Jacuzzi Rules
Maximum capacity: 10 people
Maximum use: 30 minutes

Use designated snack/bar areas only
Alcohol allowed in moderation for guests 18+
Towels
Only light gray or white towels allowed in pool areas

Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed in common areas
