Casa Stacey is a true 2-bedroom, 2-bath residence at Residences by Pinnacle, built around an expansive private terrace with gas barbecue, dining for up to six, and sweeping views of the ocean, mountains, and Romantic Zone — in winter, guests have watched whales from the balcony.

The terrace is the heart of the home: al fresco dining, the grill, and lounge seating just above the tree canopy. North-facing, it stays shaded and breezy all day — sliding doors and pass-through kitchen windows pull the breeze through the living space.

Inside, the main suite has a king bed and ensuite bath; the second bedroom has a queen and adjacent full bath — comfortable for four adults or two plus two kids. The kitchen is the largest in the building — the residence was designed around it: granite counters, full appliances, an island with four bar stools, and a bar pass-through to the terrace. Also: three quiet mini-split ACs plus ceiling fans, in-unit washer/dryer, 55-inch TV, and fast Wi-Fi for video calls — work from the kitchen counter or the terrace itself. Mid-week cleaning included on week-long stays.

The building is yours too: the rooftop infinity pool guests call the best in the city, with staffed swim-up bar and lounge (2-for-1 happy hour daily 4–9 PM), a gym, and a funicular down to Olas Altas. Reception and doorman around the clock.

Check-in is handled personally by our team, not the building`s front desk: we meet you with keys at your arrival time.

**Building Guidelines**
1. **Keys:** Each unit is allotted up to 4 keys. Additional or replacement keys may incur a fee.
2. **Occupancy:** Each unit accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
3. **Visitors:** Guests may have visitors until 11 pm, though please note that visitors may not use the pool unless they are included in the unit’s maximum capacity.
4. **Pool Hours:** Open daily from 9 am to 10 pm for the exclusive use of owners and renters.
5. **Quiet Hours:** To ensure everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that noise from the unit is kept to a minimum after 10 pm.
6. **Rooftop Alcohol Policy:** Outside alcohol is not permitted in the roof garden area.
7. **Deliveries:** You’re welcome to have food and drinks delivered from any establishment. For smooth access, please notify the front desk once an order is on its way.
