The room was bright and spaceous, staff was amazing. Everything was clean and convenient. Lots of stairs, but like a good hike, every step brings you closer to an amazing view. Balcony was a great place to hang out, overlooking the ocean and distant mountains, and just a short walk to great beaches, restaurants, shops, and all the things that make PV fun. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Great location and view but that’s about it. NO AC. Bathroom was dirty and shower head need a replacement. The traditional vibe is great but you can still update items used like a new shower head. No towels had to ask. Also the door key is a pain as they only give you one per room and a remote that doesn’t work the tv for $500 pesos. For the price there are hotels in the same area with AC and not a million stairs. This could be a very nice property it just needs a few modernizations and a good deep cleaning.

We were surprised when we first got there as there is no air-conditioning. As it turned out the ceiling fans and the breeze in the evening managed to keep it fairly comfortable. The other concern was the number of stairs that one had to climb when bringing your luggage or groceries. We had 114 stairs. Some of the stairs had no railing.. The staff was friendly. The property had two small pools, which were nice. The room was spacious with a living room, kitchen bathroom and bedroom. It was an open concept. We had a very nice ocean view. The street noise is from below was quite annoying as the traffic seemed to go by all night. It’s on a major highway.

False advertising about stairs and no mention of being right on major highway. 24 hour noise of traffic. Pictures showed road quite a ways from hotel. NOT, There were WAY TOO MANY STAIRS AND NO ELEVATORS JUST TO GET TO ASSIGNED ROOMS, They did say no elevators but the staircases were ridiculous! Had planned for a month but got out of there within five LONG days. Had to find other accommodations at same price!
Second room assigned. Still too many stairs.

Just a few minutes walk from the beach. I recommend the place if traveling with group of friends and family very homey vibes, the only downside is too much stairs and is hard going uphill if you have luggages, also it is located on a busy street so it’s a challenge to cross. Overall a good place to stay.

The wifi was pathetic and the traffic noise was loud. The kitchen had the basic necessities but a pair of scissors would have been useful as we can't bring scissors on the plane. However I'm still waiting for my damage deposit. They charged1000 pesos for key deposit and they have a video to show I got refunded but they don't have a video of me giving them the damage deposit on arrival day.

This hotel is terrible. First, the soundproofing is extremely poor; you can clearly hear anyone talking or walking. Second, the water pressure in the shower is very low, and it takes a very long time for hot water to come out (it's barely hot, just lukewarm). Finally, the cleanliness is also poor; the bed and blankets have an unpleasant smell. It's really awful; don't stay at this hotel!
