Only %26lt;b%26gt;one change%26lt;/b%26gt; of dates will be allowed for this reservation, within the current year. Once the reservation is confirmed with the new dates, no further changes will be allowed.

In the event of cancellation after the deposit is received, all payments and deposits are non-refundable. We reserve the right to treat any confirmed booking as canceled if schedules are not met.
