I have always stay at Embassy suites but I think this time I felt like I was in a budget motel the room look old, worn carpet the beds where uncomfortable and even the walkways carpet was worn and rip the reception look good and the restaurant but the beach front was dirty and not clean we only use the pool that where ok and the gym was muggy with windows fog. Not the best experience I have ever had

4/10 Poor

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Amenities
Let’s start with how old the rooms are. Mold, mildew, & roaches were in the room. Most of the amenities are closed on most days & opens late in the afternoon. They don’t share that on the website when booking. That was a major factor why I booked this resort. The only excellent thing was the pool. The staff were great. Overall, just a major disappointment in the room/amenities.
