Many areas in the room and around the hotel are rusted. (Bathroom mirrors, floor corners, gates around the bar by the pool etc). Patio was completely covered in bird poop because there was a bird’s nest in the light. This I didn’t mind so much because the baby birds were so cute (I would even feed them) but it was clear no one had cleaned the patio in a long, long time. Towels feel like sandpaper. On Monday, the pool was clean, by Friday I was stepping on cups, iguana skin, sticks and leaves in the water. I was going to give the staff a high rating but when my elderly father was walking out front, he caught a cramp and tried to flag down one of the staff on one of the go carts to see if they could ride him back to the top and they looked right at him and kept driving. The breakfast crew however (chef to table cleaners) are 10/10 awesome. Front desk was also great. House keeping was also great. Not sure if it was because this is considered off season or what but the sand on the beach hadn’t been cleaned or filtered in a very long time. Beach is small and unkept. Not very welcoming or comfortable at all.

The staff took great care of us from the moment we entered the lobby. Early check-in without issue. Pristine room with a view of the pool and ocean from our balcony. I highly recommend getting a massage from Diangeli. She even checked on us post massage on the bèach. We will be returning.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The beach access was horrible. It’s run down and apparently never maintained. Our toilet was broke for over half our stay. From accommodations to the pool was not cleaned or updated. We ended up paying for day passes at other resorts. We were charged an additional 480$ between resort fees and other fees. We frequently go to PR and will not be staying or recommending this property.

Great resort for all ages. There are definitely spots where you cam see it's age, but still quality. Staff is friendly. Free full breakfast, 2 free happy hour drinks. This was my second time at this property and it has been very good both times

My stay here was simply wonderful. The ocean view, natural views, swimming pools was beautiful and relaxing. The staffs are very nice and incredibly helpful and attentive. It seemed like whatever I needed, they had everything ready. There free breakfast was very good with lots of different foods and drinks. I ordered rice and beans with steak- that was just so delicious. Every day they also have free drinks and snacks in the evening. They truly know how to pamper their guests. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here at the Embassy Suites however the condition of the property could be better. Rooms were clean yet old and outdated. There was mold on the ceilings and around the property. If they would update this property would be 10/10. We enjoyed the dining options on the property as well as the amenities that came along with the booking. Overall I give a 7/10.
