Beach view was limited and partly blocked off due to renovations along with their big lagoon pool. HAS NO PARKING. Must park at the casino and most of it is blocked off with yellow tape. Elevator doesn’t work most of the time. Don’t expect your temp deposit back since they take most of it for parking that they don’t even provide. Breakfast was very bland. only one restaurant, second restaurant closes really early.

The rooms and building. Last time I stayed here all pools were available. This time one was under construction it looked like so a ton of people were in the only 2 that were open. And when we were walking into the building a piece of the wall dropped right in front of me and my guest. We had a cockroach in our room. We didn’t get our room cleaned the first day. We had to ask for them to send someone again the next day. They finally showed up. After the room was clean I inspected it and you can see they didn’t clean the bathroom at all. I had left my hair on the floor to see if it gets swept up. It didn’t move.

Room, there was some sort of bed bug on the bed. I did reported the next morning to the hotel front desk, they did have the cleaning crew cleaned the room every day. But I still wake up with many bites different areas of my body every day we stayed at the hotel

Beach view was great. Terribly disappointed in the main pool and other areas of the property were under construction. There was no prior notice or listing on Expedia as most other properties list. Zero consideration for guests with noise from construction work and non stop banging starting at 7am. Rooms are worn…bathroom had a terrible mildew/mold/sour smell. Overall, would not return.
