Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
They need pest control at all, dirty surfaces, water heater broke, only super cold water. Missed communication between staff. I had to book another room while they’re doing pest control. Maybe I had bad luck at this stay with my family. They didn’t reimburse or refund nothing.
