Room was supposed to be non-smoking, the bathroom smelled like someone smoked a 1000 cigarettes at the same time. The AC Unit had no filters to direct the flow of air. You could see the mildew in the AC unit.. Stains of some brown stuff on the back of the bathroom door. Hotel needs a some serious investment to update and clean the rooms..

mold in the bathroom, back up battery on the smoke detector in another room could be heard ALL NIGHT LONG. if I hadn't already spent over a $100 and needed a spot for the night I would not have stayed.

FLEABAG SLUM SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

I don’t know what’s more appalling, the condition of the place itself or the fact that management absolutely does not care. I paid for a 2-bedroom non-smoking suite and not only did both rooms smell like smoke, but I couldn’t even use one of them because there were FLEAS in the bed! The bathroom was filthy - little hairs everywhere, toothpaste and saliva all over the sink, faucet and mirror, brownish red stains on the wall…the furniture all looked trash picked and beat up/ripped up, not to mention it was all dusty and sticky, the doors and walls were super dirty, the microwave and mini fridge had caked-in food in them… unfortunately we didn’t notice any of these issues until about 3 am when we returned from a concert and even though we immediately complained, the staff was unapologetic. We would’ve left but there were no other vacancies in the area. We only actually used the room from about 2:30 am to about 8 am, and got basically no sleep in that timeframe because of how dirty and unsafe/unsanitary/uncomfortable everything was. Finally spoke to manager and requested refund - she rudely told me “you’re not getting anything from me, we know what we have and we don’t care, go ahead and leave a bad review.” This place is a fleabag slum run by thieves and deserves to be shut down. I wish I’d gotten more pictures, these don’t even show the fleas (too fast to photograph), dirty walls, the filthy decrepit furniture, the crackheads in the parking lot, or the disgusting tub/shower.

Room smelled entirely like cigarettes and woke up, literally feeling sick. The little soaps and stuff they had were just thrown onto the counter, and there was an unfolded and dirty cloth that was already on the counter. Staff were friendly, but definitely not clean.

Only stay if it’s your last resort.

The hotel price was reasonable seeing it was close to the stadium. The room was had damage to the wall, the bathroom floor was dirty, cob webs on the ceiling.

Bed was on a metal furniture (not frame) so squeaked a lot all night. Furniture is outdated and old. The bathroom sink was broken. For a room with two adults only one complementary soap was given. Asked to extended stay and was told “we don’t do that” and breakfast was two vanilla cupcakes with apple and orange juice. Very disappointed.

This property and the amenities are so old and outdated. The beds are well laid, but the floor, AC, curtains and bathroom are visibly dirty. Also, it’s an open place with people coming in and out of it and smoking all around, making it unsafe.
