I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. I also appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail throughout my stay. Front Desk Staff members Frank, Brian/Bryan were amazing and accommodating. I had the pleasure of meeting the GM Robert C. who made the experience top tier. Great food at the hotel restaurant and a Starbucks on the premises was the icing on the cake.

The rooms were goid. Very clean and well maintained. Was not impressed that there was really no amenities for the guests. The coffee bar in the lobby closes early and if you really want anything of substance to eat or drink, you must go off property.

The hotel ran out of king size beds, so the staff gave us a room with 2 double beds. My husband is 6’7”, and we really would have enjoyed a king size bed. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We would stay here again, but in a room with a king bed.

My whole family traveled to Boston to celebrate our cousin's graduation, and we stayed at the Hilton hotel for the weekend. Unfortunately, the hotel was awful—there was a strong smell of weed, the lobby was dirty, there was a leak right at the entrance, the shower had weak water pressure, and the bed was uncomfortable. Additionally, the pool was unavailable for children, and anyone could easily walk in and out of the hotel. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I won't be staying there again.
