Horrible experience. Wanted one night stay before an event in Boston. Room (and others) above sports bar that had POUNDING music until 1 am and noisy patrons in parking lot until 2 am. Had to wait in car until over. Part of the “inn” looks like used for a shelter. On day of checkout office was locked. Staff didn’t answer doorbell or numerous calls all day. No bolt lock, TV remote. No breakfast - not to say I’d have trusted it. Worst stay ever. Not deserving of $128 (or any amount) or a “good” rating. Would’ve driven 1 1/2 hours home if there wasn’t an event the next day. Bathroom was clean and bed comfortable. That’s all the good I can say. Expedia was helpful.

My room was in pretty rough shape. Nothin was wiped down, blankets certainly haven’t been washed in sometime. There also was not a mattress protector on the mattress to protect from potential bed bugs or the urine stains. Besides cleanliness the worst part was that my key stopped working to unlock my door. So after coming home from a concert I was unable to get in my room and the desk was not open so I could not get any help. Had to sleep in my car in the parking lot (that is shared with a very busy bar) but nonetheless, car was better than the room anyway. The desk and coffee area was locked in the morning so I could not check out and no one answers the phone. Overall, place is rough and needs some care. Guy at the front desk was nice. Pay extra for the availability to get a refund because you’re going to want one.

The inn is located directly above a sports bar. When we arrived there was a live band playing and can be heard throughout the property. We arrived during check-in hours and no one was there to check us in. After we called we were checked in. The door to the entrance was broken so anyone can enter the hallway with the rooms. When we got to our room our key card didn’t work and we could feel the vibrations of the music downstairs. Given the people outside and the broken door locks we did not feel safe and decided to go elsewhere for the night. When we inquired about getting reimbursed we were only offered 50% of our stay. We have now opened a dispute with our credit card company to get a full refund.

Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel. La propreté des lieux laissait vraiment a désiré. Des excréments sur les draps, par chance qu'on a vérifier avant de se coucher. La crasse ds le bain. Un bar a même l'hôtel avec des chicanes à côté de notre porte et au-dessus de nous durant toute la première nuit. Des gens très bizarroïdes se tenaient à cet hôtel. Ils disent déjeuner inclus... quelques muffins et quelques bagels, c'est tout. Aucune table, faut retourner à la chambre et manger ds le lit... J'ai déjà été ds des hôtels avec déjeuner inclus et s'était de loin beaucoup mieux que ça.

Good but was a little sketchy. TV had to be unplugged to turn off, walked into the room and it sounded like it was on a channel but screen was black & remotes didn't work. Toilet kept running most of the night even though I jiggled the handle and should've stopped.

Room was very smelly, found a small water bug, lighting in the room was very dull, staff not available, breakfast as said was not available one day out of two day stay. They didn’t open the open. In the morning and didn’t serve breakfast. Staff was never available. Ice machine was as broken. This property is in very condition. They have a sports bar on the property which was very noisy. Because of the sports bar they was not enough parking.

The room had a strong tobacco smoke odor. There was an old banana in the refrigerator from a previous guest. The continental breakfast was mediocre the first day and none available the second day because the office was closed
