Wanted to stay another night. Staff at the front desk said they were full, even though on line there was plenty of rooms available. If Marriot/Residence Inn doesn't want my money, there are plenty of options to go elsewhere and thats what we ended up doing for the extra night!

Room was spacious, but energy-saving lighting was “cold” and uninviting. Also, cheap toilet paper was very off-putting and not up to the task. Very small wastebaskets were annoying and inconveniently placed. Heater/AC unit (situated right by the bed) was noisy and was on all night. Complimentary water (at least 2 bottles) should have been provided.

Overall a good experience, the walls are pretty thin - had to change rooms when a baby was crying in the next room over. Really liked the kitchen and appliances, everything worked, will stay there again.

Our stay was amazing! Staff is friendly and accommodating. So many things to rave about the hotel. Our room and the facility were clean. Love that it was pet friendly. Breakfast buffet did not disappoint with eggs, bacon, cheese omelette, french toast, fresh waffles then to also have all the trimmings from salsa and cheese to strawberry compote and whip cream. The pool and childrens play pool were heated!! The hot tub was so nice to soak in after a long day. We will definitely stay there again.

The room was nice aesthetically. The walls, floors and windows do not absorb noise, so you hear everything. Neighbors upstairs running back and forth all night and others slamming their doors was very annoying. So much so, I could hear the upstairs neighbor using the bathroom toilet. We couldn't enjoy breakfast due to lack of clean dishes and when we asked the lady in charge for clean bowls, she pointed to a pile of bowls that looked obviously dirty. When we questioned the cleanliness of the bowls, she replied, " Those aren't dirty, I scratched them with my finger. They are just stained." With that said, we looked elsewhere for a more clean establishment that doesn't use "their finger" to scratch test their dishes for cleanliness.
