The hotels has stains all over the carpet in the hallways. Hallway smells. Kitchen area was dirty. Finally my bed smelled like urine. Never staying there again.

This hotel was awful..I wish I could give it zero stars. At 10:30pm when we arrived it was so noisy with a party. When I went to check in the front desk girl let me know yes I had a reservation but they gave it away because they overbooked and it was first come first serve. We asked for a manager who was rude and told us it was our fault because we didn’t arrive earlier. She refused to help us and did not want to refund us. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone..it was dated and dirty inside as well and lots of men coming in and out while we were in the lobby.

My room was just adequate. Everything looked like it needed to be replaced.There was no hairdryer, no TV remote. The outside of the refrigerator had some kind of grease/oil I’m assuming from someone cooking on the stove next to it.

Rooms not cleaned for 2 weeks at a time. Ac faulty no extra towels or toiletries hard beds run down people cook and smells in hallways.

How to begin.1st: Hotels.com assured me what I saw is what I pay HOWEVER when I got there they required me to pay $100 deposit!!! For what??? 2nd: Hotels.com was not CLEAR about the mixed-bag of people who LIVE there. I am not against long-term residences living there but the amount of people hanging out in the parking lot after dark was unnerving. 3rd: The sticky floors in the room, no drain stoppers in the sinks, the mixed smells in the hallways (mostly from cooking--no exhaust in kitchen) animal poop in the stairways, unsecured shelves in the closet cubby, and constant need to recharge our keys (just to name the "highlights") was NOT acceptable. would never recommend this hotel chain(?) to anyone. Hotels.com needs to re-evaluate this choice of hotels on their site. We booked 4 nights, stayed 3 and the 4th stayed elsewhere forefitting $$$. NOT happy at all.

One you get past check-in there is nothing and nobody in sight. Asking for towels and soaps was more of an inconvenience to staff so it was more pleasant to go across street to Walmart and purchase toiletries and towels. I checked out a day early and stayed at a different hotel due to overall uncomfortableness. No refund or even a question as to why I was leaving early. Very unpleasant staff.

It was ok. However, I was concerned to see people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. Additionally I was disappointed to see people in the parking lot sitting in beach chairs and drinking and doing drugs.
