But these were not mentioned in this booking so my bill was more than I expected. It just feels like a way to pad the bill a bit. I don't appreciate charges later that weren't expected. Probably will stay elsewhere next time at a property that upfront and transparent about fees and costs."

"We must’ve been below the gym, because it was like people were wrestling until 11 pm and again early in the morning. Terrible. I tried to call the front desk after an hour of thumping, but there was no answer. Absurd we were stuck in that room. The hotel wasn’t very busy."

"The hotel is very nice and our room was quite comfortable. My only complaint is that when I booked the room, which I was happy was "pet friendly", they didn't tell me that their pet fee was $100 per stay! And none of it was refundable! We've never had to pay more than $50 at any other hotel. We have 1 small dog and it doesn't matter if you're just staying 1 day or 5, it's still $100. I completely understand the expenses that are involved with having pet-friendly rooms, but I just thought this was too exorbitant. We go to the area quite a bit for my husband's orthopedic doctor appointments & surgeries, and I did like the hotel, but we will not be staying there again."
