The check in was horrible. I booked the room from the parking lot on my phone. When my wife and I went to check-in, I was told I didn't have a reservation. I had the confirmation on my phone and showed the front desk lady. She was not very helpful borderline rude and didn't speak english very clearly. After some investigating and prodding of the front desk lady we found out I was booked for the next day. I had to tell the front desk lady to cancel the reservation and book me for that day. The front desk lady was very slow at the job not very helpful and was very confusing to work with.
The next morning at the continental breakfast my wife had to make the coffee since the front desk person was not present for about 20 minutes. It was the same person from our check-in experience.
In the room the window frame was broken in the center. The window wouldn't open. The smoke-fire alarm was not attached and stuck in a closet. The door frame was broken and if some one pushed firmly on the door from the outside it would open when locked. The sink didn't have a plug.
At least the sheets and bed were clean.
