The chalet's wooden doors open onto a lush garden at the back of the property's common area, consisting of a wooden deck with pool, an artesian water shower and an outdoor kitchen. The chalet is bordered at the back by an extensive area of native forest that gives access to the Rio das Mares. The silence of the woods along with the little water of the fountain is an invitation to relaxation. Wild animals such as star tamarin, capuchin monkey, squirrels, sloth bug and various specimens of birds and butterflies are routine visitors to the odoyya garden and cottage. The bucolic surroundings of the property, due to the tranquility and tree-lined and flowered streets is an incentive for long walks.
