Great location, near everything but not too close.

Large rooms, staff keeps the pace spotless, friendly staff, pool and multiple hot tubs,adequate but less than average breakfast.

Hotel simples, bem localizado e com ótimo atendimento. Ficamos uma semana e gostamos muito da estadia. Em dois dias da semana teve baiana fazendo tapioca no café da manhã, que estavam deliciosas. Apesar de precisar de algumas melhorias, a experiência foi muito positiva.

Realizamos o check-in por volta das 12h, utilizamos o quarto apenas para tomar banho e, em seguida, passamos o dia fora. Ao retornarmos ao hotel por volta das 22h, ao tentar utilizar o quarto para descanso, constatamos que o ar-condicionado não funcionava, situação que comunicamos imediatamente à recepção. Apesar do relato imediato, o problema não foi solucionado, o que comprometeu de forma significativa a hospedagem, especialmente considerando o clima da cidade, o horário avançado e o padrão do serviço contratado. Diante da impossibilidade de reparo, fomos realocados para outro hotel da mesma rede, o que gerou diversos transtornos, como a necessidade de refazer as malas, nos deslocarmos para outro endereço e reorganizarmos toda a estadia já em período noturno. Ressalto que o hotel para o qual fomos direcionados possui padrão inferior ao originalmente contratado, fato inclusive reconhecido por funcionários da própria rede. Durante a estadia, também presenciamos outros hóspedes relatando problemas recorrentes nos quartos, sem solução há vários dias, o que demonstra que a falha não se tratou de um caso isolado. Além disso, o número de ouvidoria informado pelo hotel não funciona, dificultando qualquer tentativa de resolução adequada no momento.

Tivemos vários problemas em nossa estadia. Chegamos com um quarto que não tinha nada a ver com o mostrado nas fotos. O novo quarto estava com problemas no ar condicionado, dormimos a primeira noite com um ventilador de chão. Nos outros dias o ar condicionado parava de funcionar toda hora. O disjuntor caia quando usávamos o secador junto com o ar ligado. A Jacuzzi você só pode usar por 20 minutos, no tempo que usamos, estava toda suja de limo de outras pessoas. Piscina do hotel escondida. Estacionamento rotativo, poucas vagas, não conseguimos estacionar 1 dia nas vagas do hotel, tivemos que pagar zona azul para deixar o carro na rua. Café da manhã com poucas opções, todos os dias a mesma coisa e tinha dia que tinha menos opções ainda. Quarto que ficamos, o banheiro era escuro e no geral o hotel não tem muita manutenção. Presenciei outros hóspedes reclamando por vários motivos. Enfim, não volto!
