Hotel bom, equipe super prestativa, uma coisa negativa é que eles cobram o estacionamento do hotel mesmo você tendo reserva, 30 reias por veículo, isso já deveria ser direito do hóspede, sem necessidade essa cobrança

Reservei um tipo de quarto, me deram outro : não tinha nenhum local para deixar roupas , tão pouco a mala, foi no chão mesmo, nem ao menos uns ganchos na parede; quarto era bem grande, com apenas 1 tomada disponível para uso; uma varanda grande vazia, suja; frigobar beeem velho, porta fechava com um pequeno chute em baixo; havia poças de água no quarto, onde me ofereceram toalhas para colocar em cima; há pernilongos no quarto, comprei inseticida mas não resolveu; ducha com jato de chuveiro, tomei banho frio, pois ao ligar a água quente, água ficava por demais quente, mesmo com toda água fria aberta. Esse era o quarto 330; não sei se havia mais quartos na mesma situação. Verifiquei outros quartos que eram desocupados, eram como na descrição do site. Portanto esse hotel deveria INTERDITAR QUARTO 330 para reforma. Conceito desta rede de hotéis caiu, ao oferecerem esse tipo de aposentou aos hóspedes. Ah, ao abrir porta do banheiro " rangia" muito alto , e estava infestada de cupins. Estacionamento é cobrado ( $ 30,00/diária) com justificativa de terceirizado, porém não havia nenhuma pessoa a parte para pagamento, paga-se no hotel; outra ocasião, na rede Ibis Hotel, pagava-se a parte num balcão de terceiros; portanto julga-se que esse hotel cobra ele próprio estacionamento que fica no seu próprio quintal. Café da manhã estava bom. Viajo sempre mas NUNCA MAIS ME HOSPEDO NA REDE ANDRADE DE HOTÉIS .

Minha experiência no hotel teve aspectos positivos, mas alguns pontos importantes precisam de atenção. O colchão do quarto estava torto e o box apresentava um caimento inadequado, o que prejudicou o conforto. Além disso, senti falta de um espaço apropriado para apoiar malas e pertences. Por outro lado, o café da manhã era bom e o atendimento da equipe foi cordial. No entanto, houve falha na comunicação: não fui informada de que era necessário deixar a chave na recepção para que o quarto fosse limpo, nem de que não havia um horário específico para a realização da limpeza. Isso acabou gerando inconvenientes durante a estadia. Acredito que, com algumas melhorias, a experiência pode se tornar bem mais satisfatória.

Péssimo hotel. Não vá para lá.

A hospedagem foi muito ruim, reservei um quarto com uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro, mas no quarto só tinha a de casal, não tinha outro quarto para mudar e meu filho dormiu duas noites no chão. O chuveiro jogava mais água na parede que em quem está tomando banho. A cama de casal era horrorosa, tinha um buraco no colchão e a TV quando ligava fazia um chiado muito alto, estava apontada para o teto, era antiga, com problemas técnicos e não dava para assistir. A impressão que eu tive foi de que me hospedei num hotel montado com restos de móveis. As paredes eram descascadas e rachadas. Não tinha nenhum armário nem guarda roupas no quarto, tudo tinha que ser colocado no chão e a tomada estava sem a capa com a fiação exposta. O hotel precisa de manutenções do tipo mais básica e parecia estar abandonado. Os funcionários são cortezes e gentis.
