This place has seen better days but the location next to the Sainte Marguerite beach is great. The reception gives you some toilet paper and dishwasher detergent once you arrive but once you’ve used it, it’s on you to buy more. You also have to clean the place and take the used bedding off the bed and used towel downstairs before departing. There is no WiFi in the apartment. It’s available only at the reception and restaurant. Overall, coming from the US, our family stay was okay but lack amenities you usually find in hotels. We didn’t necessarily feel welcome.

My family and I stayed for 5 days at the residence (not at the hotel). The duplex apartment had seen better days and was not very clean but it was functional with a large balcony. Ker Juliet is a bit away from downtown Pornichet but next to a beautiful beach and walkway along a cliff. There are also a few stores nearby (bakery, boucherie, grocery store). The biggest inconvenience is that there is no WiFi in the residence apartments and one has to come down to the reception or restaurant to get signal. Another issue is that you have to clean up the kitchen and gather all the bed sheets and towels before leaving, The supply they give you to clean up is terrible (cheap sponge and cleaning product) making the process longer than it needs to be. Overall, I’d give it 3.5/5.

L'appartement est bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes...). la literie ferme et trÚs confortable. L'accueil est trÚs agréable, dispo que l'aprÚs-midi malgré le contexte sanitaire actuel. Petite supérette à 10min à pied. Et surtout une superbe plage à 10min également.

La résidence Ker Julienne est trÚs bien. Le personnel est sympathique et compétent. De plus, le logement était trÚs propre et rien ne manquer, sauf éventuellement un parasol. Oui, nous avons eu du soleil en avril ! La résidence est trÚs proche d une plage et du sentier cÎtier, qui est accessible à tous.

Kerr Juliette is in a great location, close to excellent beaches and in the quiet, up-market St Marguerite area of Pornichet with lical shops and restaurants within walking distance. The accommodation had everything we needed, ideal for older children but the stairs within the duplex would be a hazard with small children or elderly family members. The grounds are well tended, we had mixed service/communication from reception staff. The pool is mostly used by families with younger children, too busy if you just want a swim, and there aren't enough loungers with parasols.
