Welcome to Pornichet, a charming seaside resort 3 hours by train from Paris ☀️

You will have a private semi-detached house of 120m square located in the city center, in the "golden triangle", 300 meters from the beach, shops, thalassotherapy, train station, and casino. You will do everything on foot!

You will appreciate this accommodation for the neighborhood, the brightness, the outdoor spaces, the comfort and the calm.
Located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac, you can relax in the large quiet garden, wooded, and facing south. It is possible to park up to 3 cars directly on the grounds of the house, in complete safety.

The house is well equipped with all the comforts:
• Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, food processor...
• If you want to wash your clothes: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board
• Barbecue, sun loungers for the garden

Excellent bedding, sheets and towels provided. The 3 bedrooms have a 160cm bed, a 140cm bed and 2 90cm beds.

The accommodations are a 5-minute walk from 2 bakeries, a Spar, and offers a wide choice of restaurants nearby (about fifteen less than 10 minutes walk).

Pornichet offers a wide range of activities to travellers during the summer: market every Wednesday and Saturday, street performances, cinema...

The accommodations are an ideal starting point to explore the surroundings: the nearby town of La Baule (10 min), Guérande, its medieval city and its salt marshes (15min), St Nazaire (15min), Pornic (30min), Nantes (45 min), the island of Noirmoutier or Vannes (1h30).
