The staff was courteous. Good parking for 10.00 a night. Clean. They have to change the second floor sofa bed. The sofa bed was Very uncomfortable, you can feel the wires. The sofa bed in the first floor is also in bad condition for sleeping. Only 4 pillows for 5 persons.

Lack of communications. Don't recommend.

The only Pro is a great location. Everything else is negative. The instructions were provided only at 10 a.m., when you should check in. I was already driving at that time without even knowing the exact address where I was going. Parking is on the street. You can arrange an overnight parking for $10 but it is possible only when you contact them before 5 pm. I have arrived at 4.40 pm and called several times but no one responded. Another option was text messaging. I have tried that too. No response. Both sofa beds are hard to sleep. One on the top floor needs at least some kind of mattress... The main bed is on the second floor, and it is hard to go to the restroom which is on the first floor (spiral staircase).... Noise level - it appears that you sleep on the street. You can hear everything. That is not good considering that it is kind of busy street. There are two sofa beds, but NO blankets and pillows for them (see above about communication, which means no chance to get an extra when needed). Cleanliness could be better too.

This property had a lot of charm. It was in the heart of town and very clean and modern inside. The owner was nice and helpful. There was a lot to do and good places to eat right near our apartment. It was just as pictured on the website.
