Villa Serafino is a charming stone house, located in Pollença ,really close the beautiful Golf Course of Pollença, in the northern area of Mallorca.
This is the perfect place to discover this unique area and spend an unforgettable holiday with friends and the family.
The outdoor spaces are open on the luxuriant big garden, there is a swimming pool with annex a Jacuzzi bath, a sun terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas and just on side a covered loggia with sofas and chairs, to have a rest in the shadow and spend moments together

From the garden we arrive directly at the spacious covered terrace with a dining area with table and chairs,a chill area with sofas, there is also a barbecue, this charming house is spread on two levels, with very spacious spaces as the spacious and bright living room enjoying the natural light outside, equipped with TV, sofas, fireplace and a dining area, in a separated room with a direct access to the terrace, the fully equipped kitchen, where to prepare meals with friends.

Between the ground and first floor are located the 4 en suite bedrooms really bright and well furnished, two of them has also a bath tub.
One room has a double bed the other three rooms also have a double bed that can be split into two single beds, if necessary.

Villa Serafino offer air conditioning, the change of linen and towels 2 times per week, baby cots available on request, laundry service,and the cleaning before the departure.
Guest will appreciate the Chef service , on request ,to prepare the breakfast, lunch and dinner
