Upon entering the studio, you’ll find a cozy living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchenette. On the left is a compact bathroom with a shower, as well as an open sleeping area with a double bed and a built-in closet. Air conditioning in the living area ensures comfortable temperatures, and satellite TV and free Wi-Fi are also available.
On the balcony, furnished with a table and two chairs, you can enjoy breakfast with a stunning view or wind down in the evening with a glass of wine while gazing out at the sea. An outdoor staircase leads to the rooftop terrace, which is equipped with two sun loungers—perfect for relaxing with a view of the sea.
The studio’s location is unbeatable: just a few meters from the beach and a short walk from the center of Puerto Pollensa, La Gola Nature Park, and numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops.
