We recommend renting a car for small errands and exploring the island.
Please note that, as of September 2025, daytime construction activity may occur in the surrounding area. While many guests have not found this to be disruptive, a recent stay reported weekday noise between 8:00–17:00, mainly noticeable when outdoors. Inside the villa remains peaceful, and evenings are quiet and serene.











Property description






La Fortaleza is an exquisite and contemporary property of exceptional standards located in the highly coveted residential area of La Font. Despite its serene ambience, the property is conveniently situated just 2km from Pollença Old Town. The spacious and elegantly whitewashed interiors are awash with natural sunlight, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.The upper floor offers 4 lush en-suite bedrooms (there is no ‘short straw’ in a home of this calibre). 3 of the bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) on the upper floor have access to a balcony, and all bedrooms have sophisticated cooling and heating air-conditioning.There are two luxury living areas. Upstairs, a second living area with a fireplace leads onto a spacious balcony overlooking the large private swimming pool (Outside of the summer months, you can heat the pool for a supplement). On the lower floor is the main area with a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, which is perfect for families, with its natural light flooding through the large glass doors.The kitchen at La Fortaleza is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a large fridge, a separate freezer, and an individual wine cooler. While you prepare a delicious lunch, your children can enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV in the lounge or sit at the breakfast bar or dining table while taking in the view of the pool area. The lower floor also includes a staff bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a pantry, and a guest toilet for added convenience.
