From the moment I entered the hotel I was impressed with the staff and the cleanliness. The lobby is connected to the breakfast dining room. Both very clean and modern. The room was great. I choose a King Suite and it had a nice couch, comfy bed, 2 TVs, good lighting everywhere, and a great bathroom with a walk-in shower. Everything very clean! The breakfast was really good! They had fresh made waffles, cereal, eggs, pork, muffins, bagels and cream cheese, oatmeal and tons of toppings, fruit, milk, coffee, tea, and juices. The breakfast items were kept well stocked and hot if they needed to be. Very clean also! Staff were all very friendly and cool! The hotel is off the freeway with a convenient store, gas, and places to eat at the bottom of the hill. The only thing kind of weird is that the hotel is located next to a subdivision. When I looked out my window it looked into people's houses and yards. Very close to the hospital and ISU. Straight shot to downtown. I will return to this hotel next time I am in Pocatello for sure and request a room facing the parking lot :-)!

There was feces or vomit down the front of the toilet bowl, the bath mat was wet and had dirt and hair underneath it, there was pubic hair in the shower and a black mark on the comforter. The front desk offered to have someone come clean and that was it. I checked out a day early due to the conditions. I feel like they probably should have offered at least a partial refund.
