Friendly staff and near the freeway. Room was somewhat updated and lobby is fairly clean but hotel overall is old and dingey. Noisy is the ice machines were broken down and frequent trash laying around in the side entrances and stairways. Overall a bit dingey

Key didn't work. Toilet in room was broken. Clock in room was wrong. Said 6:20 am when it was actually 7am. Bathroom shower and tub old and kinda stained. Breakfast very limited.

I have stayed here before but apparently it has been longer than I thought. This place is very run down almost to the point of either a massive overhaul or just pushed to the ground. Very sad was once a very high end but no more!

My room was not clean. The bathroom very dirty - moldy shower curtain, dirty tub, water spots and grime on the shower walls, previous occupants fake eye lashes on the floor. The breakfast options were poor - not even cream cheese for the bagels. They left out a bowl of butter that looked lumpy.

Other guests were the issue here, not staff or facilities. I would rate them both higher alone but my kids were reached out to by way of the connecting door and the grown individuals on the other side really freaked them/me out. Almost as if they were reenacting the Purge movies and also sliding notes under the door to as little girl at 2AM!! The staff on night shift did anything they could and got us moved to a different room and checked hallways for the remainder of the evening.

The complimentary breakfast doesn’t seem as good as it has been in the past. The toilet leaked from the handle every time we flushed. We almost always stay here because it’s the only hotel with a safe yard for kids and pets to run. They advertise a fire pit but it has never been working in the past two years.
