The staff here was wonderful but the room was run down. The bed broke within the first minute after entering the room, I sat down and it collapsed. They moved me to another room but it had no hot water and when I went to call the desk the phone didn’t work. Will NOT be returning.

Allow me to start by saying we are not fancy and this was the most expensive stay of our whole trip and the most disappointing and disgusting. It took three tries (each with at least a 5 minute wait) to get working keys to get into our room. Once in the heat and overwhelming smell of urine was horrid. On top of that the fridge was broken which I needed. I went back to get a different room, another 5 minute wait, once in that room it smelled better and appeared to be in better shape. However the amount of black mold in the bathroom, on the ceiling and all over the shower tile, inspired me to write this review to hopefully save others from this fun experience. And that was just the rooms. The carpeting in the hallways and on the stairs is absolutely vomit worthy. SERIOUSLY save yourself, DO NOT STAY HERE.

Good location off the highway. Mattress seemed old and lumpy, frame creaked when you sat on it, water in sink was slow to drain, phone in room wasn't working-didn't have it hooked up, and air conditioner sounded noisy and rattled like the filter hadn't been changed in years.... Overall very lousy service!

The pictures online are old old pictures. They do not represent the current condition of this facility. The carpets are stained and filthy. It smells when you come in the door. The beds are old. The pillows have been washed and the fibers inside of them have clump together there were holes in the pillowcases. Used soap in the shower. There was a hair in one of the beds. We moved rooms three times each room had similar conditions. We were unable to get our money back. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Quiet and convenient stay

We were able to check in pretty quick and easy. I loved the new hardwood floors they put in and our room seemed spacious we were very comfortable. We would love to book again when traveling through.
