Bed had springs sticking out. Custermer service while checking in was horrible, the lady was so inconvenienced by us asking to check in. No fridge in rooms. Wifi barely works which is fine but don't advertise you have it if it doesn't work

The rooms were cute but not comfortable as the beds could use an upgrade. You could see daylight from under the door . The view was nice and we booked strictly because of the proximity to skyline trail. It was a bit disappointing. Food at the restaurant was average

Check in was seamless. Our cabin was so cute! Nice deck area for a relaxing glass of wine after exploring the area. I have a bad back so the bed wasn’t comfortable for us. But all in all very nice stay. Breakfast in the morning was awesome and our waitress was so attentive and friendly! Thank you

Had a one night stay. Bedding smelled of pee, there was flies everywhere. Wall paper falling off. It was nice outdoors and pet friendly. But, the room was terrible.

Family-run old-style motel in the heart of Cape Breton national park so if you are looking for a place to crash while hiking perfectly set. But property is badly in need of an overhaul - rooms in poor condition, mattress needs to be replaced and shower needs to be replaced (literally duck-taped together and we were afraid to use it). There is a restaurant on-site which was great as limited options close-by but food is at best average. Won't be back

Great location on the Cabot Trail. The restaurant on site had excellent food. The room we stayed in had no fridge or microwave. Room was a little run down but clean. The bed was very uncomfortable and in need of a mattress replacement.
