"Pool water was very warm. Lots of spots to sit at the pool. Very clean propety. Food was very good. Greet to relax by the ocean on the free lounge chairs. Nice sandy beach and water was crystal clear. Great to fiscover the Money Bar restaurant ( its not part of the all inclusive). We fidnt get to see any of the monkeys along the Monkey trail."

"The room was outdated, smelling old, but clean. They are planning a remodel later this year. Restaurants, bars, pools and grounds were excellent! There are chaise lounges on the beach, but no umbrellas. A few trees offer shade, but are mostly overtaken by local vendors who have “shops” there. The staff was wonderful, trying to accommodate every wish we had."

"Just wow - So much to say about this property! My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks. The view overlooking the marina is GORGEOUS and worth it for breakfast on the balcony every morning! Playa Flamingo is a short 5-10 min walk away and that beach is one of the nicest in Costa Rica! When we arrived, Carlos greeted us and drove us to get groceries to stock up the fridge. He was so welcoming and so kind! Gustavo was also invaluable during our stay; always offering a recommendation or a friendly smile! The room itself was perfect. The bed was so comfy, the AC was a godsend and everything was clean and neat. Staying in the marina is super convenient! There are multiple restaurants to choose from as well as a plaza across the street for other dining options. We did not need to rent a car for being in this area. We rented a golf cart and that allowed us to explore Flamingo, Potrero and drive all the way to Brasilito (to park and walk to Playa Conchal). The area of Playa Flamingo is very quiet with little to no nightlife. We loved it for this aspect but understand it could be “too quiet” for others. "Deluxe junior suite was beautiful! Adults really should stick with Westin Club pool. Best food was at Faisinella. Bamboo Asian was really bad. Caracola has most diverse menu and pretty good. Bathrooms in restaurant area were shameful. Sunset at beach incredible, but local vendors can be annoying. Overall still a great resort!"

"Stayed here during a trip through Costa Rica and this place genuinely delivered. The location right on Tamarindo beach is hard to beat. You walk out and you’re basically already in the water. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and the AC actually worked well (always appreciate that more than the average person lol). The pool area was a solid spot to post up during the day, and the beach access made it easy to go back and forth without any hassle. Staff were friendly and helpful without being overbearing. They pointed me toward good spots in town and weren’t just trying to upsell everything. Tamarindo itself has a great vibe and the resort is right in the middle of everything, so getting to restaurants, bars, and surf spots was easy. If you’re doing a Costa Rica trip and want somewhere with a real beach feel that’s not overly touristy or stuffy, this is the move. Would definitely come back. 10/10 for the experience overall."
