Beautiful! It's safe and gorgeous. We were upgraded to a bigger unit without asking. Great view of the marina, really nice pool. It was never crowded at the pool. Walked to the beach and along the beach each morning. Gustavo was so nice and helpful.

The condo was clean, spacious, offered complimentary parking in the garage, great views of the marina. One issue was that the air conditioning kept turning off and was out completely overnight (90 degree day). Perhaps they will have it repaired with the next booking. Walking distance to restaurants - definitely go to Surf Box for bfast - delicious and great service.

This is a condo hotel perfectly located in Flamingo overlooking the marina and the hills beyond. It is fully equipped and has two master bedrooms. The only flaw was not the condo, but with the communication. I only receive one email after booking intended to sell add-ons. For a condo, I would recommend that the management creates a single page information brochure such as how to access, amenities, WiFi, etc. We also had an issue with hot water, which was addressed.
