Each bedroom features its own full bathroom, high end beds/linens, and spectacular décor and finishes. The property features A/C throughout and boasts a few different private decks on both levels including a private 2nd level deck that sits perched above the ocean. The beautiful infinity edge pool will leave you refreshed and relax as you take in the truly breathtaking 180 degree views above the waves, beaches, coves and estuaries of gorgeous Playa Flamingo!

The kitchen has been designed for the discerning food lover, with Professional stainless equipment, refrigerator, wine cooler, oven, dishwasher and gas cooktop stove. There is also a washer and dryer, phone, WiFi and cable TV. All of this is intermingled with the spacious living area with ample seating and is a space that seamlessly blends from indoors to outdoors with an open air concept. Relax on the sunset terrace, enjoy the sundeck on your chaise lounge or just take a seat and overlook the infinity pool as the picture perfect sunset spectacle happens daily. Nature abounds around Villa Fugata including monkeys, birds, iguanas, butterflies, and even whales in season!

Villa Fugata was an amazing house on top of a hill. It was hard leaving the house as the infinity pool with the ocean views was a beautiful, once in a lifetime view. On top on that, Bilitis, our host was very prompt and professional to whatever issues we had. She also help planned our trip and was very detailed, organized and knowledgeable. Costa Rica is a lush, beautiful, natural place so don’t be alarmed with any critters or animals you may encounter. Pura Vida!

The host is absolutely amazing and acts like a personal concierge helping to arrange private tours, private chefs, in-house massage. The works! The cleaning lady is awesome, and she will do laundry. We had an incredible time staying here. Very close to everything you might want to do in Playa Flamingo but still tucked away in a very quiet location. It is at the top of the hill and the view is even more spectacular in person! The house is a stunning design and well stocked. We were completely comfortable throughout our stay. Lastly, I cannot say enough how amazing the property owners are. Bilitis patiently answered all my questions throughout the months leading up to our trip and arranged all of our excursions and transfers, which we were not expecting but greatly appreciated. She never steered us wrong! She, and Benjamin, the caretaker, promptly helped us several times throughout our stay (when we ran out of coffee filters, they were at the door in 10 minutes with more!). We had an amazing time because of their efforts. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely unforgettable stay at Villa Fugata. We absolutely loved our time at this home and were truly sad to leave. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the house, the attention to detail, and how welcoming everything felt.The home itself is beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The pool area was stunning and incredibly well cared for, and the extra amenities made such a difference — pool toys, games, books, and thoughtful touches like beach bags that made our stay so easy and enjoyable. We have stayed in Playa Flamingo many times and rented many very nice homes over the years, but none as beautiful as Villa Fugata. This is home is truly spectacular and perfectly appointed. Furnished with everything you could possibly need for your stay should you lay by the pool or venture down to the beautiful beaches…everything was perfect. The pictures do not accurately represent how truly special this home is including the unbelievably picturesque view. In addition, the host went above and beyond in helping us set up massages at the home, personal chefs to come and cook for us, excursions etc…. This was a very memorable vacation and the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended!!!!!
