Unfortunately, the property was stuffy, dusty and just unclean (white socks were black from the filthy floors, couch is stained, showers are rusty and soiled and the walls are scuffed and dirty). We notified the "concierge" and after some back/forth and providing multiple photos, they had a crew come do a proper cleaning the next day. From that point forward, we were quite pleased with the property. The host told me in advance that drinking water would be provided but upon check-in, we were told that if we wanted to use the 5-gallon jug, we would need to have a maintenance person come by to put it onto the dispenser. And, if we did use it, we'd have to have it refilled/replaced...we couldn't even LIFT it onto the dispenser...much less haul it to the store to replace it. Also, I'd contacted the host in advance to ask what type of coffee machine was in the unit because I was making a grocery list (and told them that). They very quickly responded that it was a drip machine, but failed to mention that there were no filters provided. Oddly, they did provide k-cups seemingly for decoration. Overall, the unit could really use a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean. We got what we paid for however and felt 100% safe and the property overall is lovely and quiet.
