Spacious rooms, the one I got even had a full kitchen. This place is not know for its amazing restaurant, but they do have a small kitchen in the rooftop that will satisfy your hunger but it’s not going to blow you away by any means, just being honest. Their service it’s also slow, most of the time it seemed like they were caught off guard, like they were in the middle of something else, and not really observing/catering to your needs, or at least that’s how they acted. The highlight for sure it’s their rooftop pool, we had a great time there. Also, something worth mentioning it’s their 24/7 security and their private parking. This alone will save you the hassle of paying for parking out on the street and finding parking close by. The lady security guard was there every single day and night that I was in Playa, (6 days) always in a good mood and always willing to help, I’m sorry I didn’t got your name, but you know who you are! This last trip I only stayed for a few nights then moved to Mahekal, but my friends stayed here for our full stay in PDC and they loved it too. Next year when I come back, I will definitely stay here again and probably for my full stay this time! Gracias!

The condo I rented was very excellent value. That said the walls were scuffed and banged up a bit and could use some scrubbing cleaning or a repaint. There was only one pillow on the king bed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed in one bedroom suite with a big balcony. Everything was pretty good, from the pricing point to the nice swimming pools on the roof;nothing to complain about. Next time in PDC we will stay there again

Nice condo

The location is amazing, right next to the beach and by amazing restaurants and shops. Gorgeous rooftop pool. The condo was kept clean. However, we woke up one morning to a hammer banging for about an hour next door. The front desk person was unhelpful and insisted it was the building next door, when it was clearly not. Other than that, it was a great stay for a great price!

Its always my pleasure to stay with Singular just remember to ask for parking if u need it parking on the street is about 20 a day otherwise its one of the best Properties for the Advanced Travelers.

Unfortunately did not meet expectations. While the remodeled appearance of the property was acceptable, several issues made the experience unsatisfactory. Upon arrival, we found hair on the floor of our room. Additionally, a pair of socks- clearly left by a previous guest- remained in a cubby for the entirety of our stay, even after housekeeping visits. The towels provided were insufficient in quantity and noticeable worn. When we requested toilet paper, we were informed that the hotel had run out, and I had to purchase some myself. Of the five rooms I reserved, two had non-functioning air conditioning. Despite notifying the front desk, no immediate action was taken. The staff member inspected the room but ultimately said nothing could be done. My son-in-law also approached the front desk and was ignored. The following day , my family members were moved to another room and given a $30-$40 breakfast voucher, which was inadequate compensation for the convenience. I also observed that the room with the faulty air conditioning was reassigned to new guests the next day, who experienced the same discomfort and frustration. It appeared to be an ongoing issue without a proper solution. Overall, while the remodel was decent, the mattresses were old, the amenities were lacking, and the cleanliness and maintenance standards were disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel or choose to stay here again.

So disappointing

We have stayed at this property in the past and really enjoyed our stays. This time, upon arrival, there were a few issues (popped balloons on the ceiling, the safe open in locked position, heavy perfume smell), although nothing we couldn’t deal with. But after dinner, when attempting to shower, there was no hot water. We waited until morning and let them know, and they promptly sent someone who worked on it and said he fixed it. Trying again to shower, still no hot water. He returned, and again said it was fixed. But by the time I tried to shower again, the water was cold. They then said it was the pipes and it could not be fixed. They had no other rooms available and offered us a refund. But it was after 4 pm, and we were left trying to get a refund from Expedia (not an easy process) along with finding a last minute accommodation (we had booked Singular Dreams more than 6 months prior). We ended up paying double for a room in Cancun for the rest of our trip.

I liked how close it was to downtown (the authentic Mexico) and the tourist areas (e.g. 5th ave). I loved having separate rooms so that late returns didn't disturb early sleepers. I loved having a kitchen to order food and make breakfast.

Nice roof top pool area and great gym. Unit had no hot water and took 2 1/2 days to remedy the issue with moving us to a new room. Free breakfast was given but did not make up the inconvenience of no shower for the first two days and the time it took us to move rooms
