I have stayed here many times over the last few years and it never fails to impress! The bed is comfy, the roku tv gives me youtube comedy i love before sleeping, the warm water shower in a big bathroom is excellent and the included breakfast is amazing with wonderful staff and superb coffee each morning! Highly recommend and will return if i need a hotel again in playa! Excellent!

Friendly staff, room was always clean. Breakfast was always delicious, pool was in shaded area of property so we chose to use the roof top pool across the street which was perfect. Also the beach was a block away as well as famous 5th Ave. Very ideal location with inexpensive accommodations. Simple and favorable property conditions with 24 hour staff. If your on a budget this place was great!

Normally when I go to Playa Del Carmen, I stay at all inclusive resorts nearby but often find myself going into town a lot. This time I opted to stay right in town. The double suite I got was large and spacious. The location was great. It was convenient to the beach and to 5th Ave and lots of dining options. The staff were really great too. I would definitely stay there again.

The place was clean, and everything worked well. The swimming pool was not big but clean so we were able to cool off after our activities. The breakfast options were very limited but not bad. First day manager or owner not sure she was very helpful. But it was very load night time. Under the hotel it’s a bar and not possible to sleep. We request another room. We were lucky they had one gave us bigger room. They didn’t clean new room very well. Couple spots easy to see dirty. Also breakfast only 2 plate option and small. Breakfast employee was charge us tea because we order coffee and isn’t like so we want to replace our coffee with tea but they charged. It’s kind of tourist trap like other mostly places in the area! We didn’t extend our stay in same hotel! Needs improvements!

Too much noise in the street untill 1 am, there are security video cameras but no keys or no ways to lock the door, anybody can come in wherever they want to. Overall, the staff is really welcoming, the areas are clean, the breakfast is delicious and the location is okay !

I liked that this hotel looked very unique and it fit the vibe of the surrounding area. It was antique and very much jungle vibes. What I didn’t like was that our toilet was barely flushing and the sink water kept pooling up. however, we told the staff and they resolved the issue. No hot water in room 201. Mirrors slightly dirty. Sheets/pillow cases smelled of body odor. No WiFi, no tv that worked. Good location, excellent customer service, made every effort to appease problems, was provided with free breakfast at nearby restaurant which was very yummy. Nice atmosphere, gardens. Rooms were larger than expected and nice. Bed and pillows were comfy for enjoyable sleep.

Loved staying here. Originally booked for 1 night and ended up booking 3 more nights. Very chill atmosphere, it is noisy at night from the street and the music, so if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs. Breakfast was wonderful. Only issues were a little more language barrier than I’d have thought, no lights for each bunk, so hard to do anything if anyone is sleeping and 1 toilet for 10 people. But overall AMAZING stsy!
