I enjoyed my stay at Riviera Maya suites. Location for me was perfect. We were able to walk every where without getting so tired or lost. The room was simple yet it fulfilled all our needs. We came back to a clean room every day. The pool area was always clean and free from rowdy crowds. It was very enjoyable. And the easiness of ordering your transportation from airport and back right through the hotel reservation made my stay run smoothly with no worries. There is a taxi service around the corner if you need it. Overall I would 100% come back again to visit this property!

Great hotel . Room was clean , Ac worked great , kitchen in room was fully stocked with all we needed including a coffee pot . Walking distance to shopping , strip , restaurants, groceries . Riviera Maya Suite is located near the busy 5th Av. so very accessible to restaurants and also is very close to the beach. The personnel is very amicable and very helpful. The property gives you a feeling of being in the jungle. The yards, pool area brings calm and serenity. Overall a great place to stay for a no frills/simple way of living.
