Everyone was great, the rooms are very comfortable, the views are amazing, and we slept so well. For these reasons, it’s why I returned to this property. The only thing that really missed the mark for me was the food. It was expensive and mediocre at best and the menu lacked options. There also weren’t other convenient options nearby.

DONT STAY HERE!! I go to boutique hotels in Mexico twice a year. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Terrible customer service, terrible amenities, awkward small pool and poor beachfront. I paid for five nights and left after one. Of course, they denied any refund at all.

WORST PLACE TO STAY. TWICE THEY CUT THE WATER WHILE I WAS TAKING A SHOWER. I ORDER FOOD SERVICE AND THEY CLOSE KITCHEN AT 10:00 pm . Astonishing breathtaking view of the ocean looking at Cozumel! Super friendly and professional staff, from concierge to all restaurant staff, it felt personalized all along our stay!! Great value for a boutique hotel!! Food never lacked in quality but the only thing to improve is on consistency, when ordering the same dish a few times, it never tasted the same, alway good but different!
