Welcome to the Via condominium, proudly managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). With 2 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms, the main suite has a king bed, while the guest room has 2 double beds, both with private bathrooms, and two terraces: one with a view of Fifth Avenue and another overlooking the pool.
This condominium has wireless internet and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room offers television and a view of the pool.
This condominium has a long pool with loungers, umbrellas, showers. In addition, it has a common gym, 24-hour security and a hotel-like lobby to provide greater privacy and security at the entrance. Its location is very central, as it is located right next to Fifth Avenue and two blocks from Coco Beach.
From the moment of your reservation, our concierge will be able to help you start planning your trip with activities that include: from diving to scheduling the most spectacular amusement parks of Xcaret group, or the Mayan ruins of Chichen-Itza, Tulum and Cobá. Within the additional concierge services we can also stock your refrigerator with supplies before your arrival, dance classes, babysitting service and many others.
